Clinical Research Center

The Benaroya Research Institute’s Clinical Research Center (CRC) is a five-bed unit dedicated to the conduct of clinical research.  Our staff includes registered nurses, a research assistant, and clinicians who are broadly skilled in study start up, protocol implementation, administration of both investigational and standard therapies, response to adverse events, and adherence to regulatory requirements. We have experience with small pilot studies and phase I, II, and III clinical trials funded by the NIH, industry, and private foundations.  Importantly, we are sensitive to the variable acuity and diverse demographics of both adult and pediatric clinical trial patients.  All staff have role-appropriate licensure and certification including PALS and ACLS.
