Mrs. Homme is the Director, Business Development for the Cumming Group. She has served the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry through various roles including Marketing, Communications, and Client Relations. For the past 10 years, Mrs. Homme has worked in the healthcare sector where she has collaborated with healthcare systems and industry partners to solve real estate challenges. Through her contributions she has been awarded The Early Careerist Regent Award by the American College of Healthcare Executives (2017) and has been published in Forbes multiple times (2020). Mrs. Homme is a member of the Washington State Healthcare Executives Forum (WSHEF), the Washington chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she has served in leadership roles across the country for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and is currently pursuing a certification to become a Qualified Professional of Commercial Real Estate (QPCR). She received a BA from the University of North Texas and since has lived and worked in major markets including Dallas, Chicago, New York, and Seattle. Mrs. Homme has contributed to BRI for the past 5 years including the Community Health Allies and is currently the Chair of the Ambassador’s Council.
